In a typical marketing communications project we would initially work with our client to identify their key objectives and suggest a number of alternative routes to meeting those objectives using various marketing techniques.
Our typical clients do not have large marketing budgets and so we tend to focus on lower cost type activities with maximum impact for minimum outlay. There are usually many actions a client can carry out which can substantially improve the effect of a limited budget.
We can work with you to identify the activities that need to be carried out and then leave you to complete the actions. More usually we will actually be involved in the implementation of the plan and provide appropriate resources to make the marketing plan happen.

The key deliverables from a marketing communications project vary according to the needs of the client. In larger projects we would always initially work with you to develop a marketing communications plan for the coming months / year and identify the following:

We cover the whole marketing mix and so the plan would include all above and below the line activity eg trade journal advertising, direct marketing, PR, email marketing, web site marketing and events.
In many cases the client will already have a marketing plan and we will work on a small part of it such as writing copy for press releases, magazine or website articles.
