Marketing credentials
Many of our consultants belong to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and hold the status of chartered marketer. Chartered Marketer status is the mark of an up to date, experienced and qualified marketing professional.
Market Research code of conduct
All our market research projects are carried out in compliance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct of April 1998, which is in accordance with the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice.
As individuals, we also comply with the CIM’s Code of Professional Standards, found in their Royal Charter, Bye-laws and General Regulations of 2008.
Continuous professional development
As a learning organisation, we are committed to continuous professional development. We are a member of the CPD Certification Service and our White Papers, Case Studies, Workshops and Construction & Building Materials Forecast are all eligible for CPD hours.
