Our credentials

Our clients tell us that it is very important to them that they trust us to deliver a project in a professional manner and to the highest possible standard.

To provide this level of confidence we set and adhere to a number of standards which are outlined below.

Marketing credentials

Many of our consultants belong to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and hold the status of chartered marketer. Chartered Marketer status is the mark of an up to date, experienced and qualified marketing professional. All our chartered marketers are committed to undertaking their annual continuous professional development programmes. Having access to the CIMs resources also ensures our team keeps up to date with latest marketing trends, tools and techniques.

Market Research code of conduct

All our market research projects are carried out in compliance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct of April 1998, which is in accordance with the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice.

As individuals, we also comply with the CIM’s Code of Professional Standards, found in their Royal Charter, Bye-laws and General Regulations of 2008.

Continuous professional development

As a learning organisation, we are committed to continuous professional development. We are a member of the CPD Certification Service, and our White Papers, Case Studies, Workshops and Construction & Building Materials Forecast are all eligible for CPD hours.

These papers give advice and guidance built up from years of experience within the construction industry. Some can be downloaded from our website or from the CPD Certification Service at www.cpduk.co.uk.

Environmental & quality procedures

Leading Edge operates a quality management system in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000, which is run by European Quality Assurance Limited. At the end of every project we ask clients to mark us out of 10 on particular aspects of our service performance. This process helps in our continual improvement programme. View our latest scores.

The conservation of the environment is also one of our guiding principles and is a key component in the day-to-day running of the company. You can read more about our approach by downloading our Environmental, Low Carbon and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
